Engagement models
Three ways to bring people onto your team.
Pick the model that fits the work. If you are not sure, we will help you choose.
W2 and C2C
Contract
Skilled IT professionals for a fixed period, on a W2 or C2C arrangement depending on the role and the consultant. A flexible way to add capacity or a specialist skill.
Good for
- Project peaks and deadlines
- Backfills for people on leave or leaving
- Specialist skills needed for a limited time
Try, then hire
Contract-to-hire
The consultant starts on contract and you can convert to a permanent hire once you have seen the work. You and the consultant both get time to confirm the fit.
Good for
- Roles where fit matters as much as skills
- New teams or new technology
- Headcount approval still pending
Permanent
Direct hire
We find a permanent employee for your own payroll. We search, screen and present candidates; you interview and make the offer.
Good for
- Core team and leadership roles
- Hard-to-fill specialist roles
- Roles you want to own from day one

How we staff
A straightforward path from request to first day.
- 01
Understand the role
We start with a conversation about the work, the stack and the team, not just the job title. We also confirm location, work mode and engagement model.
- 02
Find and shortlist
We search our network and the market, then speak with candidates before anyone reaches you. Skills, availability, rate expectations and work authorization are confirmed up front.
- 03
Interview and decide
You meet the shortlist and make the call. We handle scheduling and feedback so the process stays moving.
- 04
Place and support
We manage placement and onboarding, and we stay in touch with both sides after the start date.
We state work authorization requirements on every posting.
Technology and talent
Technology and talent together.
Product engineering and staffing in one firm means one-stop delivery. We can build the system and place the people who run it, or do either on its own.

Talk about bothFor employers
Questions employers ask.
What is the difference between contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire?
Contract means a professional joins your team for a fixed period. Contract-to-hire starts the same way, with the option to convert to a permanent role once you have seen the work. Direct hire means we find a permanent employee who goes on your own payroll.
What do W2 and C2C mean?
W2 means the consultant is paid as an employee. C2C, or corporate-to-corporate, means the consultant works through their own company, which invoices for the work. Which one applies depends on the role and the consultant. Ask your own advisors about the tax and legal treatment.
What do you need from me to start?
The role title and purpose, the must-have skills, the location and work mode, the engagement model you prefer and any work authorization requirements. A short conversation is usually enough.
How do you handle work authorization?
We state work authorization requirements on every posting and confirm each candidate's status up front, so you only meet people who can take the role as described.
Can I hire for remote or hybrid roles?
Yes. Tell us the work mode and any location constraints in your request and we search accordingly.
