Revolutionizing the Travel & Tourism Industry with Technology
How modern booking platforms, personalization and mobile-first design are changing what travelers expect, and what it takes to deliver it.

Artificial intelligence is changing work in the United States, though not in the simple way headlines suggest. It is less a story of jobs disappearing and more one of jobs being reshaped, task by task.
Most roles are a bundle of tasks. AI tools are good at some of them, such as drafting, summarizing, searching and spotting patterns, and poor at others, such as judgment, negotiation and accountability. As the routine tasks are automated, the remaining work tends to need more judgment and more communication.
Employers are looking for people who can build and run AI systems: machine learning engineers, data engineers, and specialists in deployment and monitoring. Just as important are the people who make AI useful in a business setting, including analysts who can frame the right questions and engineers who can integrate AI into existing products.
Across technology roles, a few skills keep coming up in hiring conversations: a solid grasp of data, the ability to evaluate whether an AI output is correct, an understanding of security and privacy, and clear writing. Domain knowledge remains a strong advantage, because AI tools are only as useful as the judgment of the person using them.
AI is also changing how hiring works. Tools can help with sourcing and screening, but they can miss good candidates and repeat old biases if they are used without oversight. Our view is simple: technology should help recruiters find people faster, and people should make the decisions.
Employers should look at where AI can remove routine work and invest in training the teams they already have. Candidates should learn the AI tools relevant to their field and be ready to show how they use them responsibly. In both cases, the advantage goes to those who treat AI as a skill to build, not a threat to wait out.
